| 摘 要： | 本文针对物流企业在定价时存在的问题，研究了带回程车辆的运输路径优化及定价模型，采用改进的遗传算法求解，并给出算例，从而得到承运者的最低运价，以期为物流企业提供科学的决策依据。

| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the problems in pricing in logistics companies and studies the optimization of routing and model of pricing for a vehicle with backhaul.The lowest transport price is represented using modified genetic algorithm.The research results of this paper can provide a decision support for logistics companies in vehicle routing and pricing. |
