摘    要:动力平板运输车是造船厂钢结构船体分段在工序之间转运的主要设备,介绍了动力平板运输车行走液压系统,分析了基于DA控制阀的恒功率调节液压伺服系统及电液比例阀液压控制变量马达的工作原理,阐述了车辆在不同工况下行驶时,整车调速控制、差速控制及差力控制的实现方法。

Abstract:Powered platform vehicle for transportation is the main equipment for transporting hull blocks between procedures in shipyard. This paper introduces the hydraulic system of powered platform vehicle, analyzes the operation principle of the hydraulic servo system of the constant power regulation based on DA control valve and the variable motor controlled by the proportional directional valve, and expatiates on a regulation control when a vehicle runs on different method to solve the problems of driving speed road surface and differential speed control.
