| 摘 要： | 采用带蹬吊带体系治疗婴幼儿先天性髋脱位１５５例１９９髋。对治疗过程中所出现的２２例３０髋股骨头坏死，进行了２～９年连续观察发现：吊带疗法和石膏固定疗法在治疗过程中虽然都有股骨头坏死出现，但头坏死的情况截然不同，前者明显优于后者，吊带疗法有防止、减轻和治疗股骨头坏死的作用。

| Abstract: | hips of 155 cases of congenital dislocation of the hips were treated with Riemenbugel system.30 hips with the osteonecrosis of femoral head appeared in the period of treatment in 22 cases who were followed up for 2 to 9 years,the result showed that there was an obvious difference in the status of osteonecrosis of the femoral bead,though the osteonecrosis of the femoral head occurred in both Riemenbugel therapy and plaster fixation,Riemenbugel therapy is significantly better than plaster fixation.Riemenbugel therapy has an effect on preventing,relieving and treating the osteonecrosis of the femoral head. |
