活血效灵丹对家兔脑出血后脑水肿和脑血肿的影响

目的　研究脑出血后应用活血效灵丹对脑水肿和脑血肿的作用。方法　以胶原酶Ⅶ诱导家兔脑出血模型 ,利用干湿重法检测脑组织含水量 ,研究不同时间给药 (6h、2 4h)对脑组织含水量的影响及脑血肿的治疗效果。结果造模后血肿侧脑组织含水量在第 4天、7天均较对照组增高 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 0 1) ,且血肿侧高于非血肿侧 (P <0 .0 1～0 .0 0 1) ;经过活血效灵丹治疗后 ,6h和 2 4h治疗组血肿侧脑组织含水量均较模型组明显减少 ,其中 6h治疗组含水量减少略优于 2 4h治疗组 (P <0 0 5 )。治疗组在第 4天、7天 ,脑血肿的体积明显小于模型组 (P <0 .0 1～ 0 .0 5 ) ,但 6h和 2 4h治疗组血肿体积无明显差异。结论　脑出血后早期应用活血效灵丹对脑水肿和脑血肿具有治疗作用

Effects of Huoxuexiaolingdan on brain edema and hematoma after experimental cerebral hemorrhage in rabbits

Objective To study the effects of Huoxuexiaolingdan on brain edema and hematoma in cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Based on collagenase induced cerebral hemorrhage in rabbits, the contents of brain water and the volume of hematoma were measured after being treated at 6 hours and 24 hours.Results ① On 4?d and 7?d, the water content rate in the side of hematoma increased significantly in model groups than in normal control groups ( P < 0.05 ～ 0.001 ) and it was higher in the side of hematoma than in the side of non hematoma ( P < 0.01 ～ 0.001 ). ② The water content rate in the side of hematoma was decreased in 6 hour and 24 hour groups treated with Huoxuexiaolingdan compared with that in model group and the effect in 6 hour group was better than that in 24 hour group ( P < 0.05 ); ③ The volume of hematoma in 6 hour group and 24 hour group were smaller than that in model groups ( P < 0.01 ～ 0.05 ), but there was different in 6 hours groups or 24 hours groups.Conclusion Huoxuexiaolingdan used in early period after cerebral hemorrhage can inhibit brain edema and quickly absorb hematoma.
