滚筒式沥青混合料搅拌设备现场监测方法

本文根据滚筒式沥青搅拌设备的工作特点,提出了对其生产过程及生产质量的监控要求,叙述了生产现场对该设备的监控方法,特别介绍并分析了利用沥青混合料最大密度快速测定沥青含量(或油石比)方法的必要条件及可行性.

Field Supervision of Drum Asphalt Concrete Mixing Equipment

The paper has made a proposal to the su- pervision requirements about the production procedure and quality of drum asphalt concrete mixing equipment based on its operation char- acteristics,and expounded the supervision method to this equipment in production field .In this paper,the requisite condition and pos- sibility of fast speed measuring asphalt content method by use of asphalt mixture material max- imum density have been introduced and ana- lysed specially.
