| 摘 要： | 介绍了国内天然气的应用现状、天然气质量及天然气发动机油的特殊性。指出针对不同的发动机、燃气质量,应该选择合适灰分的机油。灰分过低,造成气门磨损加剧;灰分太高,造成气门熔损及燃烧室和活塞沉积物增加,严重时导致活塞环及气缸套磨损。排气门上的沉积物取决于机油的灰分及油耗。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces current application status of natural gas,quality of natural gas and speciality of natural gas engine oil in domestic.It indicates that engine oil with suitable ash level should be chosen according to different engine and gas quality.Low ash results in valve recession while high ash leads to valve guttering or torching and excessive piston and combustion chamber deposit.Deposit on exhaust valve depends on ash level in the engine oil and oil consumption. |
