| 摘 要： | 在市场竞争日趋激烈的形势下汽车业趋向集团化方向发展。然而，在汽车业向集团化方向发展的过程中也遇到一些法律与体制上的难题。《反垄断法》的出台更使部分人对汽车业集团化产生困惑，因此，我们必须从理论上阐述清楚这些问题，充分认识到汽车业集团化过程中存在的法律和体制问题并积极解决这些问题，才能真正实现汽车业集团化。

| Abstract: | Automotive industry is heading towards conglomeration under heated competition. However, legal and institutional problems are obstacles on the way. Anti-trust law caused additional confusions for this process. Therefore, we need to clarify these issues, and actively solve these legal and institutional problems, in order to accomplish real conglomeration of automotive groups. |
