AC-16C型沥青混合料级配及碾压工艺研究

摘    要:通过几个典型AC—16C型级配沥青混合料的马歇尔试验和各种路用性能对比试验,提出了适用于湖北地区高等级公路沥青路面上面层的AC—16C型设计级配。通过分析该设计级配的压实特性,并结合不同碾压组合下的试验路测试数据.提出了适合于该级配的碾压方式。该研究为沥青混合料的级配设计和碾压方式提供了可靠的手段与方法。

Abstract:The design gradation, which is applicable to upper layer of high-level highway in Hubei, is presented according to the Marshall Test and pavement performance contrast on several typical gradations of AC-16C asphalt mixture. Proper compaction mode is put forward in combination with data gained from the test of diverse compactions through analysis on the compaction characteristics. The research provides reliable measure for gradation design and compaction mode of asphalt mixture.
