摘    要:主要研究基于独立电源的级联型多电平倍频SSPWM逆变器.基于独立电源的级联型多电平主电路拓扑,避免了逆变单元多重化需要的笨重的叠加变压器,其较低的工作频率,大大减少了其他高频逆变器带来的强的电磁干扰,倍频SSPWM控制技术,又使逆变器获得优良的正弦输出电压波形.仿真与试验结果与理论分析一致.

Abstract:The cascade multilevel inverter with frequency multiplication SSPWM based on separated DC sources have been investigated in the paper. The cascade multilevel mail-circuit frame based on separated DC sources may avoid the unwieldy transformer in multi-modular converters,and can reduce the impact of EMI deeply in the low working-frequency opposing on high-frequency inverters. With the technology of the frequency multiplication SSPWM,the inverter can obtain good sine output voltage waveforms. The simulated and experimental results agree with theoretic analyses.
