考虑维修机构的雷弹技术保障效能研究

从战备任务和雷弹技术准备实际出发,考虑包含维修、计量等互相协作的多个保障机构组成的技术保障体系,以＂规定时间内完成规定数量的雷弹技术准备＂为实际战备任务,选择合适的效能指标,应用排队论建立保障体系效能评估模型,实现对于＂规定时间内完成技术准备的雷弹数量＂和＂完成规定数量雷弹技术准备所需时间＂的预测,并对模型参数选择进行了初步探讨。与传统的军械保障效能研究相比较,突破了研究范围仅限于技术准备机构的局限,更贴近保障实际,模型以解析形式表达,具有简明易用的特点。

Effectiveness Research of Ordnance Preparation Considering Maintenance Organizations

Considering the logistics task is charged as preparing prescribed ordnance in prescribed time and focusing on an integrate system composed of several different logistics organizations including mantenance and measuring corps in the practical ordnance logistics instance,a system efficiency evaluation model based on the queuing theory is brought out to reckon the quantity to be finished and the time to be taken.After all,the parameters referred to the model are discussed.Contrary to the traditional ordnance technical logistics efficiency research which localizes barely on the ordnance preparation corps,the model is closer to the pratical ordnance logistics and more convenient to be applied to practice.
