基于单片机的温度测控系统

摘    要:介绍了一种基于AT89C51单片机的温度测控系统,针对被测对象的温度在不同变化范围需要不同的PID参数的特点,提出了一种可以预设多组PID参数,根据检测温度自动选择合适的一组PID参数进行控制的方案.该方案可以通过键盘和显示器实现测控功能的选择、PID参数的在线修改和实时显示,具有调试方便、精度高和可靠性好等优点,适合于现场及实验室应用.

Abstract:A temperature measure and control system based on microcontroller AT89C51 is introduced in this paper. In view of the characteristics of the different PID parameters with the different temperature,one kind of scheme is provided which sets multipacket PID parameters in advance,and selects appropriate PID parameters to control on the basis of the measured temperature. The measuring and controlling functions can be selected with keyboard. The PID parameters can be modified on line and in real time. It has the advantages of convenient operation,high-control accuracy and good reliability. It is suitable for the use in lab and on site.
