| 摘 要： | 对带有Ｕ形缺口的圆筒件直接拉伸成形进行了研究揭示了其变形规律，并总结出展开料形状尺寸与其拉伸成垢缺口密度之间的关系公式。经过两年多的试验探索和生产实践的检验，较好地解决了有关汽车密封的制造工艺问题。

| Abstract: | The authors,having studied on the process of barrel parts with Ushape notch directly stretched into the shape it would be,revealed law of its distortion,and summarized it into a formula which indicated the ralationship between the dimensions of unfolded material and the notch width after the material was stretched into the wanted shape Having two years experiences of testing research and production practising,the problems on production technologies of relevant automobile sealing parts have been solved fairly well |
