地铁盾构进出工作井的施工风险

摘    要:进出工作井是盾构法施工中的一个事故多发环节.以上海轨道交通9号线1期桂林路站至宜山路站区间隧道工程为依托,采用层次分析法建立风险指标体系,基于多层次模糊综合评判模型进行风险评估,得到盾构进出工作井的主要环节的风险因素、风险等级及风险的模糊分布,结论对指导实际施工、保护周围环境、规范施工管理、减少社会及经济损失均有参考意义.

Abstract:Departure and reception of shield is an accident-prone link in tunnel construction.Taking the tunnel of Shanghai Metro Line 9 between Guilin Road Station and Yishan Road Station as an example,this paper establishes an index system of risk assessment by using the analytic hierarchy progress method(AHP).Based on fuzzy synthetic evaluation method,the risk factors,risk levels and risk fuzzy distribution of chief sector during departure and reception of shield are collected.The findings are important to guide in-site construction,ensure environments,regulate construction management and reduce social economic losses.
