| 摘 要： | 从城市轨道交通工程寿命周期成本、投融资方案和建设运营模式,以及设计、施工、招投标等几方面,介绍了城市轨道交通节约工程投资的主要内容和方法:始终贯彻寿命周期成本合理最小化;做好投融资方案和建设运营模式的研究;设计阶段应实行"限额设计";施工阶段应加强变更设计的审查;工程施工招标应主要采用施工招标图(主体总价 附属单价)合同招标模式.

| Abstract: | With an introduction of the main contents and methods of investment saving on urban rail transportation project from the aspects of the project life cycle cost,the investment and financing proposal,this paper discusses the construction and operation model,design,construction and bidding,argues that the survey of the altered design in construction shall be strengthened,and the contract bidding be adopted in project tenders. |
