| Abstract: | The newly amended Ship Safety Inspection Rules,2010,of China have come into effect.This paper makes a brief comment on the characteristics of the newly amended Rules and studies their changes by comparison with the 1998 Rules.Relevant discussions are also made on the challenges to the new Rules. |
