| 摘 要： | 地基稳定性是保证自升式海洋平台作业安全的基本条件。文章结合土力学理论及有限元分析,提出了一套较完整的地基稳定性分析方法,并结合实际探讨了影响地基稳定性的几个关键因素,对平台设计人员及使用者具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | Combining soil mechanics and finite element, this paper presents a set of perfect method to analyze the foundation stability, which is the basic condition for the safety of auto-rising offshore platform. The paper also discusses a few key factors influencing foundation stability that become the reference to platform designers. |
