摘    要:针对某行星传动齿轮减速器在出厂试验时振动大的问题,通过频谱测试,得到减速器的振动速度频谱图,发现减速器的主要振动频率为拖动电机转频的4倍频。针对该频率成份,对台架主要部套及其支架进行了固有频率计算,发现减速器与其支架耦合频率存在与拖动电机4倍频存在重合的现象。根据测试和计算结果,对台架的陪试增速箱转速进行从新匹配,避开该频率,最终有效降低了该行星齿轮减速器的振动烈度。

Abstract:Contraposing the poor vibration performance of certain planetary reducer in test-bed, this paper gets the vibration velocity spectrum of the reducer through spectrum test. It is found that the vibration frequency of the reducer equals the quadruple of that of the drive motor. The nature frequencies of test-bed main parts and their brackets are calculated according to the frequency components. The frequency of the reducer and its bracket is then found out to overlap the quadruple of the drive motor frequency. Based on the test and calculation results, the old gear box is replaced by a new gear box with different parameters, which finally solves the severe vibration problem of the planetary gear reducer.
