摘    要:将主机功率传递到螺旋桨的螺旋伞齿轮的强度计算是一件非常复杂,需要考虑的影响因素非常多,尤其要考虑到螺旋桨在船后不均匀流场中的受力,计算量也非常巨大,所以传统的齿轮强度计算方法几乎都是使用经验并结合原始理论的一套计算公式。伴随推进器的功率密度越来越高,齿轮的强度要求也越来越复杂,传统的经验公式校荷办法已经不能完全保证其强度的要求,本文将介绍有限元分析运用到齿轮强度校荷的领域,不仅可以将大部分影响因素都考虑并施加到计算过程之中,而且能够快速的对齿轮强度进行校荷,并且准确性能够得到工程实践的验证。

The Study on Strength Calculation of Drive Gear of Ship Propulsion System Based on FEM

Abstract:It has been widely accepted that the traditional calculation method on propeller bevel gear strength giving consideration of the power transformation from the engine is very complicated because a lot of factors need to be considered, especially the propeller force induced by the unsteady weak behind the ship. For this reason, method based on experience combined with simple theory is often used. While propulsion power density is higher and higher, the strength of the gear requirements become more and more complex, and the experience formula of the traditional method cannot completely meet the requirements of its strength. This paper introduces the FEM applied to gear strength evaluation field, not only the most influence factors can be considered and applied to the calculation process, and can quickly evaluate the strength of the gear, the accuracy can also be validated by engineering practice.
