大功率蓄电池组充电器主电路设计

摘    要:随着大功率蓄电池的广泛应用,其充电器设计逐渐受到重视。主电路是充电器中重要的组成部分,设计的优劣直接影响到充电的效果与蓄电池的使用寿命。针对充电器主电路的特点,提出了半桥高频链式充电器方案,对其中的整流桥、高频变压器、IGBT及输出滤波电路等做出具体设计及选型计算。考虑大功率充电器中开关管和整流器发热的问题,为了防止发生局部过热击穿,同时对其热设计进行了讨论。
