加强高校财务管理的总体思路是:落实科学发展观,以增加经费投入为中心,建立健全财务管理规章制度,完善创新财务管理机制,加强财会机构、队伍建设,提高财务管理水平,促进高等教育事业科学发展。本文探索了高校财务管理面临问题的出路和解决途径。

Further Thinking about Strengthening the Financial Management of Colleges and Universities

The general thought of strengthening the financial management of colleges and universi-ties is to establish and perfect the financial management rules and regulations and to improve and innovate the financial management mechanism centered increasing funds from the view of scientif-ic thought of development.The general thought is also to strengthen the building of the account-ing institution team and to improve the financial management level so as to promote the scientific development of the higher education.In this paper,the problems and their solutions of the finan-cial management faced by the colleges and universities are explored.
