摘    要:目的 探讨血栓形成过程与其声速变化的相关性。方法 采用超声脉冲反射法 ,着重就血栓形成过程中对其声速变化的相关性进行了定量研究。给出了声速随血栓不同形成时间变化的测量值。结果 当血栓样品一定时 ,由于血流状态改变水分减少 ,在血液的自然凝血过程中血小板聚集 ,血栓密度增加 ,组织弹性发生变化 ,声传输速度发生变化。发现血栓的声速变化随血栓形成时间的增加成正相关。结论 血栓的声速值与血栓形成时间密切相关。血栓的声学特性与其组织结构变化等因素有关

Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between the process of thrombosis formation and changes in ultrasonic velocity. Methods By using the ultrasound pulse reflection law, the correlation between the process of thrombosis formation and changes in the ultrasonic velocity was studied quantitatively. The testing values of ultrasonic velocity accompanied with changes in varied periods of thrombosis formation were obtained. Results When the thrombus sample was given, due to the change of flow statues and reduction of the water proportion in the thrombus, the thrombocytes adhered together in the natural course of blood coagulation, thrombus density increased, and the tissue elasticity changed. So the spread (dissemination) velocity of the ultrasound in it changed. It was found that the changes in the ultrasonic velocity of the thrombus were positively correlated with the prolongation of the thrombosis formation period. Conclusion The values of ultrasonic velocity in the thrombus are closely correlated with the process of thrombosis formation. The ultrasonic characteristics in the thrombus are associated with such factors, as tissue structure of the thrombus, which supplies theoretical and experimental foundation for study on the effects of changes in the thrombus tissue structure on the ultrasonic spead velocity.
