The TB/T 1932--2001 ＂Rule on Railway Passenger Train Sanitation and the Monitoring Technology＂ was formulated in 2001. According to the development of railway passenger cars, the new version of the ＂Rule on Railway Passenger Train Sanitation and the Monitoring Technology＂ TB/T 1932--2009 was drawn after modifying the old version.
