造船供应链合作伙伴的选择

造船业的特点是品种多、批量小、周期长、合作关系复杂，船厂必须与钢铁厂、造机厂、船东、船级社等有关各方通力合作，尤其要和船舶配套企业建立良好的合作伙伴关系。本文分析了船厂选择配套企业需要考虑的质量、成本、交货期等8个因素，运用模糊层次分析法进行选择评价，并给出具体示例。

Selection of Partners in Supply Chain of Shipbuilding Enterprise

A shipbuilding enterprise is characteristic of product's variety, small product batch, long building cycle and complicated co operation relation. It is very necessary for a shipyard to collaborate with steel works, marine equipment factories, ship owners, Classification Societies and so on. Especially, a shipyard must establish good partnership with marine equipment factories. In the paper, eight factors such as quality, cost, delivery time of equipment, etc., which must be taken into account by shipyard during its selection of equipment supply partners, are analyzed and evaluated with fuzzy AHP (analytic hierarchy process). An actual example is given.
