一种基于单片机系统的汽车燃油量测量系统设计

摘    要:分析了传统汽车燃油测量系统中使用浮子测量燃油油面时存在的问题,并由此提出了一种基于单片机的汽车燃油量测量系统。介绍了由压力传感器、单片机等组成的测量系统硬件设计,给出了系统软件控制流程。试验结果表明,在随机振荡状态及连续颠簸路面环境下,该测量系统较之传统的测量系统具有更好的稳定性及准确度。

Abstract:The existing problems of current measurement system for automotive fuel amount fuel measured by bobber were analyzed,and a measurement system for automotive fuel amout based on SCM was presented.The hardware design of measurement system comprised of pressure sensors and SCM etc were also introduced in this paper,the control flow of system software was presented.The test results show that this measurement system has better stability and accuracy than the conventional measurement system in the condition of random vibration status and continuous jolty road.
