| 摘 要： | 根据动平衡基本原理,结合曲轴的结构特点,运用能力验证理论对曲轴动平衡机的精度检验进行了研究。提出了曲轴动平衡机检测能力验证方法,并介绍了该方法的原理和实施过程。结合生产实际,提出了现场快速检验方法,并通过试验验证了该方法的有效性与实用性。

| Abstract: | The precision checkout of crankshaft dynamic balancing machine is studied by using capability validating theory,based on dynamic balance basic principle,and combining the structure character of crankshat. The evaluating method is proposed,introducing the principle and process.Combined real production,the present quick checkout method is proposed,and prove the validity and practicablity of the method through test. |
