喷射成型高硅铝合金的致密化研究

摘    要:研究了采用墩粗和热挤压工艺对喷射成型高硅铝合金进行致密化后其组织的变化,以及挤压比对喷射成型高硅铝合金组织的影响。研究结果表明,墩粗和热挤压消除了沉积态高硅铝合金组织内部空隙,得到了均匀、晶粒细小的微观组织。作为发动机缸套材料的喷射成型高硅铝合金经致密化处理后,机械性能改善且耐磨性提高,从而提高了缸套的使用寿命。

Abstract:The microstructure changes of spray formed hypereutectic Silicon-Aluminum alloys are studied by using pier-thick and hot extrusion technology,and study the influence between extrusion and spray formed hypereutectic Silicon-Aluminum alloys.It is shown that,inner holes of deposited hypereutectic Silicon-Aluminum alloys are eliminated by pier-thick and extrusion process,and uniform microstructure with small grain is obtained.The spray formed hypereutectic Silicon-Aluminum alloys as engine cylinder sleeve after densification,the mechanical character and the abradability have enhanced, so the operating life of cylinder sleeve has improved.
