| Abstract: | This article, which sums up and accumulates the practical experience in the tendering and bidding activities and finds out the difference from the self - budget to the base number of the tender caller based on projects of all sorts, gives an introduction to the method of making the unknown factors change into something predictable and the inherent law of looking for the quotations to decrease as much as possible the blindness and increase the accuracy of winning the bid. |
