| 摘 要： | 在沥青混合料中添加水泥是一种较新的施工工艺。以日工NBD320型沥青拌和站为例,介绍了通过改造原粉尘计量系统,成功增加水泥添加设备的方法。通过对输送、计量、排放、控制等装置的设计,实现了水泥的自动添加。试运行结果表明其工作可靠,满足施工要求。

| Abstract: | Throwing Cement into asphalt mixture is a new technology.Taking NBD320 asphalt mix plant as an example,the method of setting cement throwing equipment by modyfing the powder measuring system is introduced.The cement automatic throwing system is implemented through the design of conveying,measuring,emission and control devices.The operation results show that the equipment is reliable and reasonable. |
