一种新材料的无铜环保摩擦片研究

摘    要:文章从环保角度出发,使用银锡合金替代铜材料,研发一种新型摩擦片,同时制定了3种不同比例的含铜合金的摩擦片配方,并完成了相应的材料性能验证.通过对3种新型摩擦片进行台架验证与整车试验发现,银锡合金摩擦片符合传统摩擦片的设计要求,从原理及设计角度来看具备取代含铜摩擦片的可行性.

Abstract:From the perspective of environmental protection, silver-tin alloy is used instead of copper material in this paper to develop a new type of friction plate. At the same time, three different ratios of copper-containing alloy friction plate formulations are formulated and verified by the corresponding material properties. Bench verification and vehicle test on three new friction plates are mainly carried out. On the whole, the silver-tin alloy friction plate meets the design requirements of the traditional friction plate, and it is feasible to replace the copper-containing friction plate in principle and design.
