摘    要:轴承接触应力直接影响轴承的寿命.文章以某款变速器一体式轴承优化设计为例,基于DFSS设计方法,对轴承滚子直径、倒角和修形进行优化,同时考虑轴承游隙及其磨损影响.结果表明,DFSS方法能有效降低轴承接触应力、提高轴承稳健性,对变速器轴承设计开发具有显著的工程意义.

Abstract:Contact stress directly affects bearing durability. In this article,an example is given that one plate integrated bearing can be optimized in roller diameter,chamfer and crown while considering internal radial clearance and its wear effect based on DFSS solution. The result shows that DFSS solution can reduce the bearing contact stress and improve the design robust obviously,having a distinct engineering value at bearing optimization in transmission application.
