具有车牌车型自动识别功能的路桥收费系统研究

具有车牌车型自动识别功能的路桥收费系统是智能交通发展的一个新领域。基于路桥收费系统的现状，利用现有成熟的车牌识别技术。构建具有自动车型识别功能的路桥收费系统。可解决国内收费站车型识别效率低、年票车车费流失严重和公安交管部门对违章、肇事逃逸等车辆捕获难等问题。从软件工程的角度，介绍了本系统的实现思想和体系结构设计。

Toll Collection System with License Plate and Automobile Type Automatic Recognition Function

The toll collection system with license plate and automobile type automatic recognition function is a new field of intelligence traffic system. Based on the practice in our country and the well-developed license plate recognition technology, this paper built a toll collection system with license plate and automobile type automatic recognition function. The system can solve such problems as low efficiency of automobile type recognition, serious drain of yearly tickets of road management section, difficulty for public security department to trace the vehicles that violated regulations and escaped. From the aspect of software engineering, this paper introduced the realization idea and the structure of the system.
