摘    要:介绍一种经过优化设计的液压插头,它采用四条通路均使用类似阀板阀座同时密封的方式,既可以同时连通四路液压通道(简称四通快插),同时还具有密封性能好、可靠性高、液压执行效率高的优点。通过对四通快插机械强度、密封件滑动阻力等关键技术指标的分析计算及相关的性能测试,验证了产品在不同工作条件下的可靠性。

Abstract:This article introduces one kind of hydraulic couplings by optimizing design. This coupling uses 4-lines of seat & gate which could be sealed ensemble. It could connect 4 hydraulic ways at the same time, furthermore, this design also has the advantages of high performance of sealing, high reliability and actuating efficiency. By theoretical analysis of mechanical stress strength and sliding resistance for 4-lines coupling, and by performance tests, this product is firmly tested to fulfill the reliability under different circumstances.
