摘    要:对不同发硒水平(<0.100,0.101~0.150,>0.150mg/kg)的大骨节病病区儿童血清酶和微量元素的分析结果显示:3组病区儿童血清酶谱表现一致,其中ALP,GOT和LDH明显高于低硒非病区儿童,提示病区儿童特有的血清酶谱似乎并非由低硒导致。而各组x线检出率与发硒水平不呈负相关关系,也提示除低硒外的其它因素与本病发生和发展有关。本实验中发硒水平的差异与病区儿童血清锰、铜、铁、铬、镉、锌等6种元素含量无明显关系。

Abstract:To study the relationship between the changes of serum enzymes and trace elements and the different selenium (Se) contents , fifty-seven children from a Kashin-Beck Disease (KBD) affected area were divided into three groups according to their hair Se contents (<0.100,0.101~0.150,> 0. 150mg/kg). The results showed that enzyme activities and element contents in three groups were similar to each other, but the activities of ALP, GOT, and LDH obviously increased compared with those of children from a low Se area without KBD. These indicate that there is a special serum enzymespectrum in the children from KBD affected area and that the changes of enzymes may not be caused by Se-deficiency. In addition, the finding that there did not exist a negative correlation between the X-ray detective rate and the hair Se levels in three groups suggested that other factor besides Se-deficiency might contribute to the occurrence and development of KBD. There was not significant relationship between the difference of hair Se levels in this experiment and the contents of the following six elements, serum Mn, Cu, Fe, Cr, Cd and Zn of the affected area children.
