| 摘 要： | 目的 研究EphB4在肺癌组织中的表达和意义。方法 采用免疫组化SP法检测 5 0例肺癌及 2 0例癌旁组织中EphB4的表达水平。结果 EphB4在肺癌组织中的表达水平高于癌旁组织 (P <0 .0 1) ,EphB4的表达与肺癌的分级呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与临床分期及淋巴结转移之间无相关性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 EphB4可能在肺癌的发生中起一定的作用 |

Expression and clinical significance of EphB4 in lung cancer |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of EphB4 in lung cancer. Methods SP immunohistochemical technique was used to examine the expression of EphB4 in 50 cases of lung cancer and 20 cases of cancer adjacent tissue. Results The level of EphB4 in lung cancer was significantly higher than that of adjacent normal tissues (P<0.01). There was positive correlation between expression of EphB4 and histological grade (P<0.05), but no relation between expression of EphB4 and advanced clinical stage and metastasis (P> 0.05). Conclusion EphB4 may be related to occurrence and development of lung cancer. |
