摘    要:详细探讨了直接反应法制备异丙醇铝过程中单质碘对铝与异丙醇反应的催化机理,得出碘的催化作用在于:碘首先与铝反应生成A lI3,然后A lI3醇解生成异丙醇铝和H I,同时H I与铝反应又生成A lI3和H2.另外对铝与异丙醇的反应中碘的最佳用量以及铝-醇的最佳比例给出了明确的工艺参数.

Abstract:The catalysis of iodine was discussed in detail in the synthesis of aluminium isopropoxide.The iodine at first reacts with aluminium to produce AlI3,AlI3then reacts with isopropanol to form aluminium isopropoxide and HI,HI at last react with aluminium to produce AlI3and H2.The influence of the iodine and isopropanol quantities on the process is also compared.The appropriate ratio of the raw materials is summarized.
