基于泊位共享的停车需求预测

常用的停车产生率模型存在局限性，对于混合土地利用模式可能高估停车需求。为解决这一问题，对建筑物停车泊位共享进行研究。以停车泊位共享理论为基础，提出混合土地利用模式下基于泊位共享的停车需求预测模型及方法。将泊位共享理论应用于无锡市某地块，结果表明，按照基于泊位共享的停车需求预测方法计算，高峰停车需求总量减少20％，项目设计的机动车停车泊位可以满足要求。因此，实行泊位共享可以降低建筑物停车配建规模，减少总停车泊位建设成本，节约社会资源。

Parking Demand Forecasting Based on Parking Space Sharing

Conventional parking demand generation model is limited in that the parking demand is likely overestimated in the case of a mixed land-use.
