| 摘 要： | 为解决区域临港产业发展优化中存在的资源浪费和环境污染问题,综合考虑经济发展、资源消耗与环境污染等3方面,以绿色GDP最大为优化目标构建了区域临港产业发展优化模型;以上海地区临港产业发展优化为例,对模型的合理性和有效性进行了验证。结果表明,该模型可以兼顾经济、资源和环境等方面对区域临港产业的发展进行综合优化,可以为区域临港产业的可持续发展提供决策参考。 |
