深水大管径砂桩施工工艺及质量控制

摘    要:结合洋山深水港区西港区码头工程接岸结构砂桩的施工实践,深入剖析砂桩施工工艺,论述深水大管径砂桩的施工技术及质量控制要点,指出该工艺中所采用的雷达物位计稳定工作的必要性,强调施工时砂桩端部处理、拔管成桩质量控制的重要性;根据工后砂桩质量检测及目前驳岸棱体的稳定情况,对大管径砂桩的地基改良效果进行定性评价,并对工艺改进空间加以展望.

Abstract:Combining with the construction practice of sand piles in the connecting structure of the West Port Terminal Project at Yangshan Deep Water Port, this paper analyzes the construction technology of sand piles,discusses the key control points, points out the necessity of the radar stableness, emphasizes the significance of the tip treatment of sand piles and quality control of pile uplifting. According to the quality test of sand piles and the current stability of the revetment, this paper evaluates the effect of soft soil foundation improvement qualitatively,and makes a prospect on the technology improvement in the future.
