摘    要:采用FBG传感技术对某港区30万吨级原油泊位工程主体结构圆式沉箱靠船墩进行应变测试;利用虚拟仪器开发软件LabView作为开发平台,建立结构实时健康监测系统.对码头主体工程结构的应力情况进行实时监测、及时识别结构的累积损伤并评估其使用性能,对可能出现的灾害提前预警并建立相应的安全预警机制,提高码头主体工程结构的安全性和可靠性.所监测得出的钢筋应变结果,可以加深对圆沉箱结构在复杂外部环境下动力响应的了解,对类似结构的进一步研究发展具有现实的意义.

Abstract:The strain tests are carried out by FBG sensing technology for the structure of cylinder caisson on a 300 000 DWT oil harbor. Based on the LabView virtual instrument software development platform, the timeliness health monitoring system is established, to realize the timely monitoring of the stress of the main projects, timely identification of the cumulative damage of the structure, and assessment of the performance, and provide the early warning to the potential hazards and establish appropriate safety warning system, so as to improve the safety and reliability of the harbor. Through the monitoring results of the steel strain, we can learn more about the dynamic response of cylinder caisson structures under complex external environment, and it is of practical significance on research of similar structures.
