摘    要:电气设备控制原理设计应确保可靠性和安全性,结合船用条件对部分电气元件性能偏差导致的故障案例进行探讨,总结电气控制原理设计的基本原则,为业界同行进行控制原理设计时关注元件性能影响提供借鉴,以提升设计的可靠性和安全性。

Exploration and practice of design based on electrical component performance
Abstract:The design for the control principle of electrical equipments should ensure the reliability and safety. This paper discusses the failure cases resulting from the performance deviation of the partial electrical components under marine environment, proposes and summaries the basic principle of the design for the electric control principle. It can provide references for industrial colleagues to pay more attention to the influence of the electrical component performance on the control principle design, in order to improve the reliability and the safety of the design.
