测量船驾驶室人机环境设计

摘    要:船舶驾驶室是船舶航行指挥控制的核心部位,是一个高度人机交互的位置,对驾驶室进行人机环境设计是减轻驾驶室人员压力、保障航行安全的重要手段。在驾驶室人机环境设计中,涉及视野视线、窗户、通道、设备外形等多种设计变量,变量之间又存在相关联系。目前在国内尚缺乏对驾驶室人机环境设计流程的专门研究,文章在对国内外规范整理后,归纳出一种驾驶室人机环境设计流程。并以测量船为例,使用GB/T 10000-88的中国成年人人体尺寸,进行了符合站姿和坐姿使用条件的驾驶室布置设计、设备尺寸要求及工作环境设计。

Man-machine-environment design of wheel-house for survey ship
Abstract:The wheel-house is critical for operation, command and control of a ship, which is a man-machine highly interactive department. It is important for the man-machine-environment design of the wheel-house to reduce stress of drivers and ensure sailing safety. The design process of the man-machine-environment of the wheel-house involves various design parameters, such as vision field, window dimension, passage, equipment dimension, etc. These parameters are related to each other. The specialized research of the design procedure is currently lacking at home. This paper proposes a design workflow for the man-machine-environment of the wheel-house after the summarization of the corresponding regulations from home and abroad. The arrangement of the wheel-house, equipment dimension and working environment for a survey ship are designed to meet the requirements of the sitting and standing posture according to the human dimensions of Chinese adults (GB10000-88).
