摘    要:研究了喷射悬浮浇注工艺对ZG35基体组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:在钢液中喷入一定量颗粒悬浮剂,可以明显地提高材料的塑性和冲击韧性,且悬浮剂的粒度对材料的塑性和冲击韧性也有较显的影响。

Abstract:Studies the efffects of the process of spraying on the structure and mechanics and indicates that the plasticity and toughness of the steel could be significantly improved with the suspending agent spraying. And the sizes of parpiele suspending agent also affected the plasticity and toughness.
