摘    要:以振动击实理论为基础,通过对材料剪应力和材料自身剪切强度的变化,以及材料在压实过程中密实度增长特性等方面的理论分析与试验研究,建立了摊铺机振动夯实过程的数学模型,从而确定了夯实效果与击振频率、夯锤结构参数、行驶速度之间的相互关系,并进行了足尺试验验证,在此基础上提出了摊铺速度的合理作业区段。

Abstract:Based on the vibratory compaction theory, the mathematical model of vibratory tamping process of paver is built in terms of the analysis and tests of shearing stress and changes of shearing strength of materials, as well as the increase characteristic of compaction degree of material during the tamping process. The relationship between the tamping effect and tamping frequency, structural parameters of tamping hammer as well as the traveling speed is determined and verified by full-scale test, based on which a reasonable range of paving speed is proposed
