| 摘 要： | 研究於都会区建构旅行时间系统，透过密集的车辆自动辨识系统设置，蒐集路段旅行时间资料，进行旅行时间预估之分析。由於在都会区进行旅行时间预估实属不易，论文介绍了旅行时间系统架构、车辆自动辨识系统车牌配对逻辑，并拟定资讯发布策略，最後以此系统运用於台中市之经验，归纳系统设备装设逻辑，并介绍旅行时间资料应用之方式。

| Abstract: | This study establishes the travel time systems in urban area. The data in travel time are collected by automatic vehicle identification, and the predicted values in travel time are analyzed. In fact, it is difficult to make a travel time prediction in urban area. Therefore, this study introduces the frameworks of travel time systems, the logics for li cense matching, and the strategies for information publication. Finally, the paper provides the experiences of systems application in Taichung City, which will provide some ideas for planning and installation in further studies and projects. |
