摘    要:提出一种交通状态判别方法,使之符合交通状态变化连续性。基于浮动车数据特性分析,考虑交通阻抗及临界跳变现象的影响,通过预判别及二次修正,优化了交通状态判别结果。该方法能有效滤除交通状态参数在阈值附近频繁变化产生的交通状态非正常跳变,同时可以修正异常数据导致的交通状态阶跃,从而优化了交通状态判别结果。构建并实现了基于该方法的实证系统,通过多种指标的验证,表明该方法提高了交通状态发布的准确度。

Abstract:This paper presents a traffic status identification method, which is consistent with the fluctuation of traf fie conditions. Based on the analysis of floating ear data, the consideration of the influence of traffic impedance and critical frequency hopping, the result of discrimination of traffic status is optimized by pre discrimination and double revisions. This methodology can effectively filter out the abnormal distortion of traffic status parameters around the threshold value, and in the mean time modify the phase step of traffic status caused by abnormal data. Thus, the results of discrimination can be optimized. This research establishes a applicable system based on the methodology. By examining the multiple indexes, it promotes the accuracy of the results.
