内燃机曲轴轴心运动规律研究

摘    要:采用修正的Holland方法对一台V型柴油机的各轴承轴心轨迹进行了多方案计算分析,包括改变平衡重大小,不同的轴承间隙和不同的机油黏度等计算工况。计算结果表明,影响变负荷轴承轴心运动轨迹的最主要因素是轴承载荷的合力方向,以轴承平面内某一半径射线为基准,在整个工作循环中轴承载荷方向变化在此射线两侧±90°范围内时,轴心运动稳定;超出这一范围则轴心运动轨迹不稳定;其他影响因素的微小变化会导致轴心运动轨迹的剧烈变化。

Abstract:The center movement tracks of the crankshaft for all of these bearings in a V-type diesel engine were calculated by means of a corrective Holland algorithm.The calculation included different calculating conditions, such as different size of counterweights on the crankshaft,different bearing clearances and different viscosity of lubrication oil and so on.The calculation results show that the most important factor of effecting the center movement of crankshaft is the acting direction of the bearing load.Taking any radius ray of the bearing as a reference,if the variation scope of the acting direction of bearing load in one working cycle of engine is limited in ±90 degree in two sides of the ray,the center movement of the crankshaft is fairly stable.If the variation scope of the acting direction is beyond the area,the center movement of the crankshaft becomes very unstable.A small change of some factors,such as bearing clearance or oil viscosity,will result violence change of the center movement tracks.
