牙周炎患者免疫功能的观察

牙周炎的病因是多方面的,患者的免疫功能是有关因素之一。本文报道30例牙周炎患者治疗前的免疫功能检测结果,并与献血员作比较。细胞免疫方面采用淋巴细胞转化试验,体液免疫以检测血清IgA IgG IgM水平为标记。检测结果表明:免疲功能降低,与献血者比较,经统计学处理P<0.001,IgM IgA IgG值与献血者比较P<0.001。本文对这些免疫功能的变化机制进行讨论。

OBSERVATION ON IMMUNOLOGICAL FUNCTION IN PERIODONTITIS

There are various causes of periodontitis, one of which is related to the immunological condition of the patient. The results of immunologic detection in 30 cases of periodontitis before treatment are reported and compared with those of normal blood donors. The lymphocyte transformation test was used as a cellular immunological marker and the serum level of IgA, IgG and IgM as a humoral immunological marker. The results showed that in periodontitis the cellular immunological function was decreased and, compared with that of the normal blood donors, there was a great difference (P<0.001). The IgA, IgG and IgM were increased and, compared with those of the normal blood donors, there was a significant difference (P<0.001). The mechanism of these phenomena is discussed.
