橡胶复合弹簧浮置板轨道施工技术

上海轨道交通9号线一期工程R421标段在减振要求较高地段采用了橡胶复合弹簧浮置板轨道。通过橡胶复合弹簧浮置板轨道的施工,开发总结出了从基底处理、底板安装、隔离层施工到浮置板顶升及轨道调整的全过程施工技术,为我国具有自主知识产权的橡胶复合弹簧浮置板轨道施工进行了有益的实践,可以作为今后同类工程施工的借鉴。

Construction Technique of Rubber-spring Complex Float-slab Track

The rubber-spring complex float-slab track is applied in R421,the first period project section of Shanghai Urban Mass Transit Line 9,which is the newest research result of the Institute of Railway and Urban Mass Transit of Tongji Univ.,especially for the highly demanded vibration reduction area.Through the construction of rubber-spring complex float-slab track in a station of Shanghai transit line,the construction technique is further developed,including processing the bottom of the base,installation of the bottom slab,construction of the isolated layer,rise of float-slab and adjustment of track.The authors hold that this technology is an independent knowledge property right in the construction of rubber-spring complex float-slab track.
