| 摘 要： | 基于精子顶体酶的溶蛋白特性,我们建立了一种简便的检测精子顶体酶活性的方法。此法以固定明胶薄膜为底物来显示精子顶体酶的活性。本实验用此法测定了三种哺乳类动物精子的顶体酶,结果表明,该法简便、可靠,并且可连续观察单个顶体酶的活性反应,很适合于用作临床男性不孕症检查的常规方法。

| Abstract: | Based on the Proteolytic Property of sperm acrosin, we have estabilished a concise technique for detecting of acrosin in sperm, In this technique, fixed gelatin membrane was used as substrate to demonstrate the sperm acrosin. Three kind of mammalian sperm had been employed in our experiment. The results showed that this technique is easy to operate and reliable, and it permits continuous observation of the enzymatic reaction of an individual spermatozoon. As a result, this technique can serve Practically as a clinical routine method to detect male infertility. |
