通过精细化手段挖潜市政交通设施

在城市的建成区,通过大手笔的道路工程改造手段来解决交通拥堵问题,不是很经济。而通过一些精细化的手段,如交叉口优化设计、交通组织、地下交通空间利用、可操作性的交通管理措施等,对改善城市交通特别是缓解老城区的交通堵塞,投入少、效果显著。该文针对部分具体的精细化手段与方法进行分析、总结,可为市政交通设施建设提供借鉴与思路。

Discovering Potentiality of Municipal Traffic Facilities through Elaborating Means

It isn’t economic to solve traffic jam problem by the means of the huge road engineering reconstruction in the built districts. However, through some elaborating means, such as the optimum design of intersections, traffic organization, underground space utilization, operability traffic management measures and so on, it is obviously to improve the environment of traffic, especially for deadening traffic stress in the old city district, input less and effect notability. This paper analyses and summarizes some elaborating means and methods in order to offer experience and thought for constructing the municipal traffic facilities.
